  1. Though we check/manage daily. Buyer are encouraged to contact us once they succeed the bank transfer (When using Bank Transfer). 
  2. We do not charge extra more than the total amount specified upon checkout. Any extra fees or charges by the payee company are not our responsibility.
  3. Item will not be shipped before payment are clear.
  4. Any request should be stated at the comment box upon checkout. Please provide Clear and Easy understanding content.
  5. About late payment:
    • Payment are expected when the order are ready. We understand that sometimes it take a little longer to make the transfer due to transport/traffic. Please understand that orders that are not paid/responded within 3 days (7 for pre-order) are considered expired.
    • We reserve the right to cancel the order or if serious, disabling the customer account due to cases not resolving/not responding.
      • (Which we believe the order was made unintentionally).

If you find it troublesome to pay, please consult us for more possibility.

Do you provide shipping?

We ship globally. Postal rate for Malaysia and Thailand is automatic calculated during checkout. While the other country, please submit your order and allow us some time to calculate the postage after order submission.

How do you charge for international postage?

International Postage

  • Thailand only - ThaiPost EMS at RM15 per delivery (once every week on Tuesday, arrive 2-4 business days after delivery)
  • Standard International Air Parcel (Start from RM50+, usually arrive within 6 - 14 days) refer table below, for faster EMS please contact us
  • Rate charges will be applied manually after our staff pack-up for the actual weight.

I got a faulty unit, what should I do?

If you believe the item you have bought from us has a manufacturer fault. Please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the products for investigation. We will try our best to contact the maker in order provide a replacement/missing parts. Matter as assembling error and painting scar on parts is not considered as manufacturer's fault.

How do I place order?

You can add desired items into the Shopping Cart. After adding all the desired items, please click on the "Checkout" button at the Shopping Cart page, and to proceed with entering shipping details. Finally, select how you would want to pay, following by clicking the "Confirm" button. 

If you selected Credit Card / Direct Debit, you will be brought to a page for entering the details.
If you selected Manual Bank Transfer, kindly make your payment to the provided bank account number, and inform us after successful payment.

How long is the delivery?

For address within Penisular Malaysia, its usually 1-3 working days. In major town/city area, you can expect it to arrive within 1 working day.

For address within East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak), its around 2-4 working days.

For intenational address outside Malaysia, please refer under the section: International Postage Charge

How to pre-order?

Same like placing order for other available stock, just add to your Shopping Cart and proceed checkout.

Certain product has a minimum deposit required upon pre-order. Please refer to the product page. Normally RM10 for a HG kit, RM30 for a MG kit, or RM50 for other Figure. Full payment maybe requested for special order request, to avoid order cancellation.

Partial payment is not supported via Credit Card / Direct Debit at the moment, please use the Manual Bank Transfer for now.

I need the purchase invoice.

You can download your purchase invoice via the Order History page, after you have picked up or after we ship your order.

How long can I hold an order?

All ready stock order must be paid within 3 days of submission.

Topup for Pre-order order, must be paid within 7 days after orders arrival update.

We shall cancel the order and forfeit the deposit payment, if buyer do not provide any responses after the given period

Can I ask for a refund?

You can ask for a refund for pre-matured order/item, which has not yet been shipped/finalised. However, we reserve the right to forfeit the deposit or not providing full refund due to the time and manpower used for the order preparation.
